Cyril Gangnard is the CEO of Brink's Mauritius since February 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Operating Officer from 2018 and Manager of Cash Operations starting in 2012. Between 2009 and 2012, Cyril was the Marketing & Commercial Director of Brink's Indian Ocean. Before joining Brink's, Cyril began his career in France, working in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship management with international companies such as Orange, Schneider Electric, and Ricoh. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Administration – Business Management from the University of Montpellier 3 in France, and has a Green Belt certification in Lean methodology.

Patrick LIEGEARD has been Managing Director Brink’s Reunion - Mayotte  since 2021. Until 2020, he held various positions in the Security, Cash and Business Development sectors within Brink’s. He holds a degree in Logistics Management and the title of Security and Safety Company Manager (D.E.S.E.S.).

Fabien de Comarmond has been appointed Commercial Director of de Brink's Mauritius since 2012. His responsibilities cover business development, marketing and external communication. Between 2009 and 2012, he was the Sales Manager of Velogic (Groupe Rogers). Fabien holds a BTS Action Commerciale from Lycée Toulouse Lautrec, Toulouse (France).

In this role, Nicholas de L’Estrac leads security and cash operations in Mauritius and drives the development of operational excellence across the Indian Ocean region (Mauritius, Réunion Island, Madagascar, Mayotte), through the deployment of Lean Management in general and the Brinks Business System (BBS) in particular. He joined Brink’s in October 2021 as a Lean Consultant and progressively advanced through roles such as Lean Manager, Operational Excellence Manager, and, since May 2025, Indian Ocean Operations Manager.

Prior to joining Brink’s, Nicholas gained extensive experience in operational and commercial leadership across the printing, chemical, and textile industries.

He is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (Paris, France), one of France’s leading business schools, and is certified as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma by Process Management International (Birmingham, UK).

Beeraj Seetul started his Brink's career in 2014 as a Business Analyst and has since then held various positions in the finance department at managerial level.  He was promoted to the post of Finance Manager for Indian Ocean in June 2025.  In this role, Beeraj will oversee the finance operations and lead the Indian Ocean Finance team. Beeraj is an experienced finance professional and holds an ACCA qualification.  He also holds a degree in Economics from the University of Mauritius. He has worked at KPMG and PP Sud Ltd (Subsidiary of Johnson&Johnson group) before joining Brink's.

Jean-Claude Kaïmandio has been Accounting and Administrative Manager since December 2010.

From November 1990 to November 2010, he evolved from Assistant Accountant to Chief Accountant. Prior to joining Brink's, Jean-Claude held the position of Accountant in the automotive sector, he holds an accounting diploma.

With a degree in Human Resources and a Master’s in International Business, Annabelle Louis brings over 15 years of HR experience. She was appointed HR Manager for Mauritius operations in April 2025, with oversight responsibilities across the Indian Ocean region. Annabelle brings strong expertise in human resources management, ensuring continuity and continuous improvement of HR practices across the region.

Divya Murugesan joined Brink’s Mauritius in 2014. Although she holds a Master’s degree in International Law, she chose to pursue a career in Human Resources after her studies.

As Indian Ocean HR Projects & Talent Development Manager, Divya is responsible for implementing global HR projects while managing training and talent development initiatives. Her work plays a key role in supporting the growth and evolution of our teams, both in Mauritius and across the Indian Ocean region.

Michael Joseph leads the security department of Brink’s Indian Ocean since March 2011. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1998, he had been working in different countries for the hospitality sector. Between 1998 and 2011, Michael successively worked for the State Property Development Corporation and the Mauritius Estate Development Corporation as their Operations Director, further to his qualification as Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management. He holds an MBA from IAE de Poitiers, Ecole Supérieure de Gestion, (France).
