Eric Rey is the CEO of Brink's Océan Indien. He is also the President of Brink's Madagascar and the Managing Director of Brink's Réunion. From 2001 to 2006, Eric was the Deputy CEO of Brink's France.

Before joining Brink's, Eric was the financial advisor of AXA Group. He holds an MBA from l'Institut Français de Gestion (IFG).

Cyril Gangnard is the Chief Operating Officer of Brink's Mauritius since 2018, after having occupied the post of Manager of Cash Operations as from 2012. Prior to that, between 2009 and 2012, he was Marketing & Commercial Director of Brink’s Indian Ocean. Cyril started his career in France, in Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship with international groups such as Orange, Schneider Electric et Ricoh. He holds a Licence Administration Economique et Sociale – Gestion d’Entreprise, from Université de Montpellier 3 (France) and he has a ‘Green Belt Lean’ training certificate.

Ashiq Bacha joined Brinks Indian Ocean in March 2010 as its Finance Manager. From 2001 to 2008, Ashiq occupied various management posts with the Finance department of British American Tobacco company. Between July 2008 and February 2010, he was appointed Financial Controller at Nestlé Mauritius. He is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Fabien de Comarmond has been appointed Commercial Director of de Brink's Mauritius since 2012. His responsibilities cover business development, marketing and external communication. Between 2009 and 2012, he was the Sales Manager of Velogic (Groupe Rogers). Fabien holds a BTS Action Commerciale from Lycée Toulouse Lautrec, Toulouse (France).

In 2009, Karen Ross Gangnard was appointed Human Resource Manager of Brink's Mauritius, which led her, in 2011, to her functions of overall HR Manager for the Indian Ocean region. Prior to joining Brink’s, Karen had been an executive search headhunter at Equation Recrutement in Lyon (France); she also occupied various posts in the hotel and entrepreneurship sectors in Mauritius. Karen holds a double Master’s degree in Management Stratégique RH and Management International from Université de Montpellier (France).

Patrick Nulliah joined Brink's in August 2007 as System Engineer and was appointed IT Manager for Brink's Mauritius in 2010. In 2012, Patrick took over the overall IT management for all Brink's entities in the Indian Ocean. Before joining Brink's, from 2004 to 2007, he had been designing and managing IT infrastructure for several companies, in the capacity of network systems engineer. Patrick Nulliah is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCTS, MCITP), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), which make him a specialist in network management.

Diksha Lumbini Beeharry has joined Brink's Indian Ocean as Legal and Procurement Manager since 2022. She advises on all legal matters pertaining to the lines of business of Brink's Indian Ocean. She is also responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the business. Diksha is an LLB (Honours) holder from the University of Kent, UK and has called at the Bar of England and Wales and that of Mauritius. From 2016 to 2022, she has practiced as a barrister-at-law in Mauritius. She is a member of the Mauritius Bar Association.

Michael Joseph leads the security department of Brink’s Indian Ocean since March 2011. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1998, he had been working in different countries for the hospitality sector. Between 1998 and 2011, Michael successively worked for the State Property Development Corporation and the Mauritius Estate Development Corporation as their Operations Director, further to his qualification as Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management. He holds an MBA from IAE de Poitiers, Ecole Supérieure de Gestion, (France).
