Key responsibilities :
-Provide direction, establishing clear and measurable goals and objectives to ensure successful and profitable management of the activity;
-Ensure proper recruitment, selection and training, while mentoring, coaching, motivating and developing the team;
-Liaise with relevant stakeholders for effective handling of customer queries;
-Develop and implement KPI, processes and reporting;Â
-Establish and maintain accountability on all levels;Â
-Proactively reduce risk exposure and ensure implementation of appropriate measures;Â
-Maintain positive employee relations and work environment;
-Establish profitable relationships by maintaining good communications and service with customers.

Minimum Qualifications :
-At least 5 years of operations experience in a managerial role. A security and or facilities background/knowledge would be appreciated though not mandatory
-Experience in different type of businesssegments (hospitality, retail, administration, etc.)
-Excellent French & English verbal & written
-Willingness to work flexible hours
-A valid and clear certificate of character and driving license
