Leading a team, the CPC Supervisor is responsible manages the daily operations of the Money Processing activities and ensures the smooth running of the operations to ensure client satisfaction and the development of the team.

Main Duties:
•   Plan and supervise the daily work schedule of the team
•   Ensure that the team understand their duties and responsibility
•   Supervise the processing of cash orders for commercial bank customers and ATM replenishment
•   Conduct verification and control of the operating machines in the department
•   Perform reconciliation of daily report of fund physically received from the Smart Safe and the daily credit.
•   Handling of discrepancies in funds detected in operations
•   Manage clients and respond to their requests and queries in a timely manner
•   Ensure safe and proper operations is ongoing
•   Ensure compliance of the department procedures within the team
•   Participate in the preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures and Job Instructions Â
•   Responsible of the onboarding of new recruits
•   Assist in the recruit and evaluation of the money processing team
•   Ensure that the grooming, attitude and behavior of the team at work is in accordance to the code of conduct of Brink’s
•   Conduct regular coaching with team leaders to ensure optimal quality service. The one-to-one sessions shall identify the strengths and areas of improvement along with the development tactics.Â
•   Create and maintain a cooperative team atmosphere for employee engagement
•   Ensure that the teams have the required equipment and uniform to perform their duties.
•   Ensure that the attendance of concerned employees is recorded on a daily basis including the record and control of overtime hours done with respect to the existing procedures.
•   Prepare weekly or monthly KPIs in accordance to the departments’ requirements as per Brink’s Standard.Â
•   Prepare reports and analysis as and when requested by the management
•   Participate to process improvement projects and initiative within the department
Â
Knowledge & Experience:Â
•   HSC and/or SC with relevant experience
•   Computer literate & Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
•   Experience in a cash handling/processing environment is preferred
•   Experience in team management of at least 2 years is required
•   Ability to lead and coach a team
•   Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and French
•   Excellent analytical, reporting and organizational skills with Collaborative Workstyle
•   High sense of details
