The Area Leader is responsible of overseeing the manned security field operations for a specific segment/region having both the client and the relationship management along with team leadership to ensure service delivery as per Brinks standard.
Principal Accountabilities 
- Ensure compliance with governance standards including SOX, Health & Safety, and Brink’s policies.
 
	- Act as the primary liaison between Brink’s and clients for all security services.
 
	- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and risk assessments to ensure operational excellence.
 
	- Coordinate and follow up on client requests, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
 
	- Lead monthly meetings with clients and site teams to review performance and action plans.
 
	- Monitor and support team performance, training, and development, including talent detection and succession planning.
 
	- Ensure all sites operate according to approved SOPs and regulatory requirements.
 
	- Oversee recruitment, induction, and continuous training of security personnel.
 
	- Maintain discipline, safety standards, and operational readiness across all sites.
 
	- Prepare and submit monthly reports including KPIs, risk assessments, SOP updates, and team performance.
 
Knowledge & Experience: 
- Degree in Management or HSC with any equivalent experience
 
	- Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in people management
 
	- Knowledge and/or experience in the security field
 
	- At ease with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
 
	- Holder of a Valid Certificate of Character
 
	- Knowledge of LEAN Management is preferred 
 
	- Driving Licence (Private car – Manual Gear)
 
	- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
