We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Learning Partner to join our team in Mauritius. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the learning & development strategy for Brink’s Indian Ocean. Reporting to the Indian Ocean HR Manager, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering impactful learning solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and capability building across all levels of the organization.Â

Key Responsibilities:
Â
Learning Strategy & Deployment
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess learning needs aligned with operational goals and strategic priorities.
- Develop and implement annual learning plans, including compliance, technical, and leadership development programs.
- Support the deployment of global learning initiatives and adapt them to local context.

Content Development & Training Delivery
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for frontline employees, supervisors, and managers.
- Coordinate external training providers and ensure quality and relevance of content.
- Create or adapt training materials, e-learning modules, and job aids tailored to Brink’s operational environment.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance learning accessibility and effectiveness.

Performance & Development
- Champion the My Performance & Development process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual reviews conducted via Workday.
- Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on effective goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Monitor completion rates and quality of performance conversations and provide insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with operational and functional leaders to understand business challenges and workforce capability needs.
- Seek and develop partnership with external training providers to support the training requirement of Brink’s employees
- Be the contact person and establish good and close working relationship with the external parties relating to training such as the MQA, HRDC, Business Mauritius, etc.
- Work in collaboration with the national authorities for training and employment schemes which are made available to entrerprises – ensure the optimized use of same for the benefit of the company and advise management on the use of same.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing & facilitating training programmes.
- Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translate findings into actionable learning plans
- Strong business acumen with the capability to understand operational and functional priorities.
- Ability to localise global programs and adapt them to the cultural & operational context of Mauritius, Reunion & Madagascar
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS); familiarity with Workday Learning will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
