Cyril Gangnard is the CEO of Brink's Mauritius since February 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Operating Officer from 2018 and Manager of Cash Operations starting in 2012. Between 2009 and 2012, Cyril was the Marketing & Commercial Director of Brink's Indian Ocean. Before joining Brink's, Cyril began his career in France, working in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship management with international companies such as Orange, Schneider Electric, and Ricoh. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Administration – Business Management from the University of Montpellier 3 in France, and has a Green Belt certification in Lean methodology.

Anthony Lepine is the Managing Director - Development, Process and Security of Brinks Madagascar. 

He leads the operational departments in the implementation of their actions, including commercial, the achievement of their objectives and the respect of all legal obligations or Brink's standards (Ethics/HR/Security/ SOX...).

Hobitiana Ravololontsara is the Administrative and Accounting Director of Brink's Madagascar. She is responsible for the proper management of the company's accounts. She ensures the analysis and provides relevant indicators and recommendations to improve the profitability of the subsidiary. 

Lucky Rasamimanana holds the position of Human Resources Manager for Brink's Madagascar. Her mission is to coordinate the implementation of strategic decisions related to human resources, to be a driving force and to implement the social policy promoted by the human resources department.

LalaTiana Andriantsitohaina is the General Resources and Support Manager at Brink's Madagascar. In this position, he is responsible for managing the company's general services, infrastructure and facilities, as well as relations with suppliers and other departments. 

Tolojanahary Mahafaliarimbola is the Head of the Security Unit at Brink's Madagascar. As such, he leads the security unit in accordance with company and group policy, ensuring that best security practices are in place to protect people, property and company operations.
